The short version

You submit a problem. We send it to Anthropic's Claude to generate a satirical analysis. We store the result so it has a shareable URL. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete anything.

What we collect

  • What you type — the problem description and any image you upload. Required to generate the result.
  • Your IP address — to rate-limit abuse and for rough geolocation. We do not log this forever (see retention).
  • Derived geolocation — country, city, and timezone (from Vercel headers) are attached to admin notifications for each analysis.
  • User-Agent — the browser/device string, attached to admin notifications.
  • Analytics — page views, button clicks, share events via Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity includes anonymized session replay; we gate it behind consent for EU visitors.
  • Contact form submissions — name, email, message. Used to email the admin only.

What we send to Anthropic

Your problem description, any image you upload, and our system prompt are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for inference. We pin to the latest GA Anthropic model; the exact model ID is documented on the /security page and changes when Anthropic ships a new release. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of that data. By submitting, you consent to this transfer. Anthropic states that API inputs are not used to train their models by default.

How long we keep things

Generated results
Stored in Upstash Redis with a 30-day TTL, then auto-deleted.
Rate-limit counters
Keyed by IP; expire hourly or daily.
Admin email notifications
Delivered to AWS SES; retained in our mailbox under normal email retention (see contact for deletion).
Analytics
Retained per provider defaults (Vercel, Clarity).

Who we share it with

  • Anthropic (Claude inference)
  • Upstash (Redis storage, rate limiting)
  • AWS SES (admin + consultation email delivery)
  • Vercel (hosting, analytics, geolocation headers)
  • Microsoft Clarity (session replay, analytics)

We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertisers. We do not ship to third-party data brokers.

Your rights

If you're in the EU / EEA / UK under the GDPR, or in California under the CCPA, you have the right to:

  • Ask us for a copy of what we have on you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Email sattyamjain96@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. For Article-17 erasure (right to be forgotten) and Article-20 portability requests, include the result URL or slug — we can erase or export the specific result directly.

Cookies and tracking

We set a minimal set of cookies for analytics. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps + anonymised click/scroll replay) is opt-in for every visitor — default off, worldwide. Starting 2026-04-20 we stopped auto-loading Clarity outside the EU in response to the Vercel incident news cycle. The banner on the home page asks once; your choice is remembered in this browser.

Security posture

For our response to the 2026-04-19 Vercel incident and the current state of every secret we keep, see the security page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. If you're a parent and we have your child's data, email us and we'll delete it.
