Moderation policy

Who we are
Solo operator (see /about), no moderation team. Reports hit a personal inbox. Response time is human, not algorithmic.
What we remove, fast
- Personal data leaks — phone numbers, addresses, government IDs, medical info. Soft-deleted inside 24h.
- Clear defamation of a real, named individual or company — not parody, not satire, not a tier label. A false statement of fact that would survive a fact-check.
- Copyright / trademark — properly documented DMCA or equivalent. Include the registered mark or work.
- Child safety, targeted harassment, incitement — never published in the first place (the AI refuses), but if anything slips through: removed inside 24h.
What we don't remove
- A verdict you disagreed with. The site is satirical. “Your idea already exists” is a legitimate opinion, even when it's your idea.
- A competitor being named on an ALREADY_EXISTS page. The AI is instructed to name real products that compete; pointing them out is the product. URL validation prevents actively malicious links.
- Your idea ranking low on the scores. We can't recalibrate the AI for individual submissions.
Timeline
- Acknowledgement: 24h. You'll hear from us if you included an email; otherwise we note the decision in the admin log.
- Decision: 72h for straightforward cases. Longer if it's a grey-area judgement call — we'll tell you and cap at 14 days.
- Removal: Soft-delete is instant once decided. The underlying Redis entry survives 30 days (invisible to the public) in case we need to reverse course.
Appeals
If we soft-deleted content you posted and you think that was wrong, email sattyamjain96@gmail.com with the result URL. We'll reconsider within 14 days. If we didn't remove content and you think we should have, same channel — state the specific harm, not just “I don't like this.”
Rate limiting on reports
The /report form is capped at 3 submissions per IP per 10 minutes and 10 per day to prevent automated takedown-flood attacks. If you hit a limit in good faith, email us — we'll take it from there.
EU DSA note
For EU visitors, this page and the /report form constitute our Article 16 notice-and-action mechanism. We respond to every report from an EU visitor, logged or not.
