AI agents for code, deploys, and developer workflows

This is the most competitive category we track and the one where the bar is highest. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Aider, Continue, Replit Agent, Devin, Codex CLI, and a dozen smaller IDEs are all sprinting at the same prize — the keystroke of the professional developer. Submit your AI coding agent and we'll give you a brutally specific read on where you can still win. The verdict factors in which AI model you're planning to use, whether you're going in-IDE or CLI-first, whether your wedge is a specific language/framework or a horizontal feature, and whether the thing you're building becomes a free feature in Cursor v0.64 next week. We're blunt about which parts of the dev-tool stack are saturated (autocomplete, chat-in-sidebar, test generation) and which are still open (local-first code review, repo-wide refactors, migration automation, test-flakiness hunters, infra-aware assistants, review-bot replacement). If you're targeting the under-served niches, you have a real shot. If you're building the 40th GPT wrapper that turns comments into functions, you don't.
